Parking rates are dependant on date and time. They include;

24-hour intercom assistance is available at the parking lot entry and exit terminals or pay stations for service. Tap the Press for Assistance buttons to call for help.
+ Where is my receipt?
Receipts are automatically dispensed from the pay station or exit terminal after payment is processed. If you did not retrieve your receipt after making payment, select the Press for Assistance button on the terminal.
+ What happens if I lose my ticket?
If you accidentally lose your ticket, you must pay the “lost ticket” charge at the pay station or terminal.
MONTHLY PARKING PERMITS
+ Where can I purchase a monthly parking permit?
You can purchase a monthly parking permit by visiting https://ipass.preciserd.com/clientlogin/ and following the instructions.
+ What if I fail to cancel my monthly parking subscription within the 30 days terms and conditions?
To cancel your monthly parking or IPASS subscription, you must provide one full Calendar Month Notice to Precise ParkLink. Notice given at any time during a month will be effective as of the last day of the following month. Provide your notice:

+ What do I do if I lost my monthly parking pass?
If you lose your monthly parking pass or IPASS, a replacement fee to obtain a new pass is required. The replacement fee is specific to the parking facility you have subscribed to. To find out how much the replacement fee is, contact:

+ How do I modify my IPASS username, and what is required for the username?
You can modify your IPASS username by clicking > Profile> Login Information - the username could be anything of your choice. If you register your parking online, it will prompt you to create a username and password before applying online.
USER OVERPAYMENT
+ I overpaid for parking by accident?
If you overpaid for parking, you are required to validate that your vehicle was not parked in the parking lot for the amount of time that you agreed to pay for.
+ What do I do if I do not recognize a charge on my credit card?
If you do not recognize a charge on your credit card, please call your credit card company to verify the charge.
+ They pay station did not return my change.
When using a pay station, please ensure you input the exact change or pay with a credit card.
PARKING INVOICE
+ I could not pay for parking because the pay station was not functioning. Can I have my parking invoice voided?
If a pay station is not functioning, you must use an alternative pay station.
+ How do I pay a Parking Invoice online?
To pay your Parking Invoice online, CLICK HERE. Enter your Parking Invoice # and License Plate # in the correct fields. Click verify parking invoice, and follow the payment prompts.
+ Will I be informed if my parking invoice dispute is accepted or denied?
Yes, all disputes must be in writing and responded to via email from collections@precisebi.com or violations@precisebi.com. Mailed disputes are answered via mail as long as a return address is provided.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
+ How do I report an issue?
If you would like to report an issue, select the Press for Assistance button on the terminal.
+ The machine says: “Ticket Unreadable”; what do I do?
Please re-insert your entry ticket with the arrows facing up and forward. You can also press the Press for Assistance button on the terminal for further assistance.
+ The machine won’t take my ticket; what do I do?
If the machine is unable to read your ticket, select the Press for Assistance button on the terminal.
